Golf, polo and village life
What residents use every day, and how far the rest of Dubai is.
Inside the gates
Golf, polo, lakes and the desert at the gate.
Most of daily life happens inside the community: school runs, the souk, the pool, the courts. The rest is a few minutes away.

Residents
Who lives here.
Arabian Ranches is above all a family community. Press portraits and guides describe a strongly British resident base alongside families from India, the Arab world, Europe and beyond; the main school alone reports pupils from more than 80 nationalities.
The two older phases had about 30,000 residents in 2023 (Dubai Statistics Center: 19,995 in Wadi Al Safa 6 and 9,703 in Wadi Al Safa 7), before Arabian Ranches 3 filled up.
