What the agent will ask for.
- Title deed (or the developer’s contract for a home not yet handed over)
- Passport and Emirates ID (or passport only for non-residents)
- Service charges up to date, for the developer’s no-objection certificate
- For a sale: the RERA listing agreement (Form A) signed with the agent
