What Arabian Ranches 3 is.
Emaar unveiled Arabian Ranches 3 in February 2019 and broke ground in May, after its first two releases, Sun and Joy, sold out. The phase is built for families: a central park of more than 30,000 sq m, a lazy river, a 4 km boulevard, a skate park, a parkour course and a cricket pitch, linked to the 86 km Al Qudra cycle track.
Most clusters are three- and four-bedroom townhouses with a contemporary design; Caya, June and the Elie Saab-branded villas add detached and twin villas. It is the most accessible entry into Arabian Ranches, and the phase with the most resale trades.
