What Arabian Ranches 2 is.
Arabian Ranches 2 was released cluster by cluster from late 2012: Casa first, then Palma and Rosa in 2013 and Lila in January 2014. It is smaller and more uniform than the first phase, with about 1,900 homes and a pool in every cluster.
Daily life turns around The Ranches Souk, with more than 35 shops, a Carrefour and a clinic next to the mosque, and the Leisure Centre with its gym, pool and nursery. Ranches Primary School is inside the community; JESS Arabian Ranches is a short drive away.
