What Arabian Ranches 1 is.
Arabian Ranches opened in 2004 as one of Dubai’s first freehold villa communities, at the crossroads of Al Qudra Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. It grew around an 18-hole course designed by Ian Baker-Finch with Nicklaus Design, and around the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club.
Today the first phase counts some thirty clusters, from two-bedroom townhouses in Al Reem and Palmera to the large villas of Mirador, Hattan, Polo Homes and the golf-course enclaves. Two lakes, fifteen tennis courts, pools, parks, a community centre, Mediclinic and two mosques are shared by residents.
